Training of air companies differ from the training of other companies that work in other fields. This is because raining is one of the bases upon which the international organization, based in Montréal, Canada, issues licenses, rules and regulatio
ns for civil aircraft authorities to ensure safety of passengers. This is why there care must be taken of human resources by dissociating the needs and programs of the training offered to air hosts from the requirements to achieve distinguished service performance on Omani aircrafts. This research aims to study and analyze training policies of air hosts for defining and overcoming the weaknesses, applying the suggestions and recommendations that aim to increase the efficiency of the trainings which lead to peculiar performance of Omani air service.
