This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of The Social Media and the activation of public relations activities at Tishreen University. The researcher relied on both the methodological approach as a general approach to research, and the descriptive approach and distributed a questionnaire to (303) employees of the central administration at Tishreen University, (274) questionnaires were retrieved, valid for the use of (264) questionnaires. A field study was carried out for the purpose of explaining this relationship. The researcher used the Pearson correlation coefficient. The study concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between the use of the Social Media and the activation of public relations activities; The study also reached a set of recommendations and proposals that would positively contribute to improving the role of the university's page on The Social Media in activating public relations activities.

The research aims to study the relationship between social capital development of: a commitment of workers to the work value and ethic and trust building, and the development of networks of social relations, and investment potential of the library to improve the service of society, and the promotion of the activities of public libraries between public beneficiaries. Descriptive methodology has been adopted to include all staff who are working at Directorate of Culture in Latakia province libraries, amounting to almost (154) employees, due to the small size of the research population. The research found the following results: *There is positive and significant relationship between workers commitment to workers values and ethic and the promotion of public libraries between user, where (66.3%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpreted by employees to the values and work ethic commitment. *There is positive and significant relationship between confidence and strengthen the relationship between the public library community and the promotion of activities between the public beneficiaries building, where (57.2%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpreted build confidence and strengthen the relationship with the library community. *There is positive and significant relationship between the network of social relations in public libraries development and promotion of activities between the public beneficiaries relationship, where that (52.3%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpret the development of the network of social relations. *There is positive and significant relationship between the investment public library potential development to improve community services and the promotion of activities between the public beneficiaries, where that (49.1%) of the developments in the promotion of the activities of public libraries between audience beneficiaries changes interpreted Investment Public Library potential for improving community services development.
Researchers have become increasingly interested in the impact of social media on the purchase process by studying many of the cultural factors influencing consumer behavior that are changing according to the rapid technological developments and the a doption of technology by consumers in the conduct of their business activities. As an interactive tool that makes it easier for organizations to build accurate databases about their customers, accessibility and impact on their purchasing behavior. The study aimed to study the relationship between the use of the Syrian mobile telecommunications companies' customers for social media (Facebook) for marketing purposes, and their ability to influence customers at each stage of the purchase process, which includes:: the generation phase of the need, the stage of the search for alternatives, the stage of evaluating the alternatives, the stage of making the purchase decision, and the post-purchase phase. In order to achieve this, a main hypothesis was formulated with five sub-hypotheses. The researcher used the questionnaire technique to collect the data analyzed using statistical tests, the most important being the one-sample T. test and the Pearson Correlation test. The researcher has reached several results, the most important of which is: There is a strong positive correlation between the use of the Syrian mobile telecommunications companies' customers for social media (Facebook) for marketing purposes and all stages of the purchase process.
This study focuses on the role of the marketing Information system in preparation the competitive strategies in Syrian public banks. This study deals the marketing Information system and its resources and kinds, in addition to the definition of compe titive strategies. The researcher has act appraisement the following competitive strategies in studied banks, and known marketing Information system and his role in formulation competitive strategies. the competitive strategies when applying this system. The researcher through personal interviews and giving out questionnaire too the employees and customers arrived many results which is the existence positive effect of marketing Information system on competitive strategies. In addition, there a big importance for application marketing Information system in suitable and effective form for preparation and formulation the suitable competitive strategy.
The research studies the current state and policy of the Joud company as an example of the resultant impact of the food industry adopting for social responsibility in marketing: packaging, physical distribution, promotion and dealing with the case of concession. The research adopts the descriptive method and develops a questionnaire for collecting the preliminary data comprising the research samples. This research aims to get an idea about the situation of using the marketing strategies in Al-Kamal Co. for Agricultural Industries and its contribution in developing the level of its performance and increasing its market share. To achieve the resear ch objectives, questionnaire was devised and applied on a sample of the workers in the company. The research concluded the following results: 1- Al-Kamal Co. for Agricultural Industries tends to use strategies of uniqueness and promotion more than its aim to use strategy of concentration and distribution. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the marketing strategies (uniqueness, promotion and distribution) that are applied in the company and developing the level of its performance and increase its market share. 3- There are no statistically significant differences between the marketing strategies (concentration and distribution) that are applied in the company and developing the level of its performance and increase its market share.
