Effect of Employees Training and Motivation on Increasing Satisfaction of Service Organization Customers (Investigation Studying on Private Hospitals)

This study has aimed to explore the relationship, between the employees training and motivation and customer satisfaction, as well as explore the real possibility for the application of these on private hospitals in each of the province of Damascus and lattakia in particular and the rest of the private hospitals in the Syrian Arab Republic in general. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and testing of her hypotheses, has been developed a special questionnaire to collect data from a sample of the study that the number of members (600), submitted by the Service and (300) beneficiaries of the service, Distributors (10) Hospitals in Damascus, and (5) hospitals in lattakia, as well as private clinics, the number of questionnaires have been subject to analysis (564) questionnaire. Representing (94%) of the total service providers, and (271) questionnaire, representing (90.3%) of the total questionnaire was the beneficiary of the health service. Using the standards statistical tests in the statistical system (SPSS 20) study found a number of important results as follows: 1) training and motivation directly affect significantly increase user satisfaction of the health service with (58,4%) from user health service opinion. 2) training and motivation directly affect significantly increase user satisfaction of the health service with (51,8%) from provider health service opinion. In conclusion, the study found a set of recommendations that have been drawn in the light of the findings of the study.

The research aims to analyze the reality of the health service in the Syrian private hospitals in Lattakia City; by answering the following questions: * What is the level of the health service in hospitals in terms of the availability of the followi ng basic dimensions: Tangibility, empathy, responsiveness, assurance and security, reliability and credibility? * What is the impact of the dimensions of health service quality in customer satisfaction? The survey form was designed and distributed to (105) customer of the patients who checked in private hospitals in Lattakia City, where a convenience sample was chosen. The results of research indicated, that there is a good understanding of the following dimensions: Tangibility, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance and security between members of the research sample. The study results also indicated that there is a significant and positive effect of (empathy and emphasize security and reliability) dimensions on customer satisfaction as dependent variable, which the regression model explained (80%) of the differences in customer satisfaction, while Tangibility and speed of response did not affect customer satisfaction as a dependent variable.
The research aims to identify the extent of the impact of the creation of confidence when the Commercial Bank of Syria clients to achieve their loyalty to him. And to identify the extent of the impact of the commitment of the Syrian Commercial Bank t o customers to achieve customer loyalty to him. In order to achieve the goals researcher relied on the methodology include distribution (110) questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of the branches of the Syrian Commercial Bank customers in the province of Lattakia, and the use of SPSS statistical software for analysis by calculating the Pearson coefficient and the coefficient of determination. This study aimed study the impact of both liquidity and profitability on the banking safety of the Syrian private commercial banks and their relationship with them. The needed data were collected from two main sources: the financial statements, and t he disclosures of the privet commercial banks listed in the Damascus Securities Exchange, the studied sample consists of all listed (11) banks, and the Damascus Securities Exchange reports for the period (2009-2016). For the purposes of analysis, the Pearson correlation coefficient and the multiple linear regression model were used to study the relationship between liquidity and profitability with the banking safety and their impact on it. The results of the study showed that, there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the liquidity ratios (total liquid and semi-liquid assets/ total deposits; total liquid assets/ total deposits; total liquid assets/ total assets) and banking safety in Syrian private commercial banks, there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the profitability ratio (Return On Assets; Return On Equity) and banking safety in Syrian private commercial banks. The study recommended the need to maintain high and good levels of banking safety in Syrian private commercial banks to exceed 20%, and the need to maintain good levels of liquidity and attention in investing shareholders' funds and all bank assets due to their important role in raising the level of banking safety in Syrian private commercial banks, and the study recommended benefiting from the models reached by the study and developing it to more sophisticated models by relying on data for longer periods of time.
The aim of this research is to study the relationship between digital fingerprint analysis and consumer impact across the buying process. In order to achieve this, a main hypothesis has been formulated with three sub-hypotheses, according to the stag es of the procurement process (pre-purchase, procurement, post-purchase).
